Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you make a donation, we collect the information you provide in the donation form: your email address, name, mailing address, the cause and coin you selected, the amount, and any message to the nonprofit. We also see the public on-chain transaction associated with your donation, as all blockchain transactions are.

How we use it

• To send you a donation receipt for your records.
• To share your contact details with the nonprofit you donated to, so they can thank you or fulfill compliance requirements.
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform.
• To respond to your questions when you contact support.

We do not sell donor data to third parties.

What we don't collect

We never ask for your private keys or seed phrases, and we never connect to your wallet. Donations are sent manually from whatever wallet or exchange you choose to use.

Data retention

We retain donation records as long as needed to satisfy the receiving nonprofit's compliance obligations and our own recordkeeping requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to retain it, by emailing support@cryptokasih.xyz.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes materially, and will make reasonable efforts to notify active donors of significant changes.
